Access CSU Learn on Wildcat Remote Desktop

  1. Open a web browser; Chrome, Firefox, or Edge are recommended.
  2. Navigate to the Windows App Login page: https://windows.cloud.microsoft/ .
  3. The next screen should prompt you to sign in. Please use your @csuchico.edu account and Chico State password.
  4. Click Connect on the Wildcat Lab option in the Devices menu.
  5. When the "In Session Settings" screen appears, make sure to allow access to the features listed, and click Connect.
  6. On the next login screen, sign in with your @csuchico.edu account and Chico State password.
  7. You should connect to the lab after a few moments.

  2. On the login screen, use your Chico email address and password. Approve the login with Duo. 
  3. After the ITSS desktop loads, open a new browser window using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox.
  4. Copy and paste the following link into the browser to open CSU Learn: https://ds.calstate.edu/?svc=sumtotal
  5. From the CSU Login screen, select Chico from the dropdown menu and click Next. You will be redirected to the normal Shibboleth login screen.

  6. Proceed with completing any assigned trainings in CSU Learn. Further instructions can be found on the Knowledge Base: Completing Assigned Training
