Accessing CSU Learn on Wildcat Remote Desktop

This article will explain how to access CSU Learn using the Wildcat Remote Desktop (Microsoft Virtual Wildcat Lab) and start assigned training.

Access CSU Learn on Wildcat Remote Desktop

1. Connect to the Wildcat Lab from the Windows App or a web browser. 
2. Select Wildcat Lab Desktop.
   
    
3. On the login screen, use your Chico email address and password. Approve the login with Duo. 
4. After the ITSS desktop loads, open a new browser window using Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox.
5. Copy and paste the following link into the browser to open CSU Learn: https://ds.calstate.edu/?svc=sumtotal
6. From the CSU Login screen, select Chico from the dropdown menu and click Next. You will be redirected to the normal Shibboleth login screen.
   
    
7. Proceed with completing any assigned trainings in CSU Learn. Further instructions can be found on the Knowledge Base: Completing Assigned Training
