Getting an ID Card as a Contractor

Prerequisites

  • The Wildcat ID Card Office will receive an email that includes:
    • Contractor/Vendor Name
    • Company Name
    • Role in Company
    • Mobile Phone Number for Vendor
  • An ID number will be provided unless the vendor has obtained a badge with Chico State previously.
  • Additionally, an email has to be sent from the department that contracted the vendor to id-cards@csuchico.edu.
    • NOTE: We cannot print a card until we have received this approval.

Once you have been informed that you are an approved vendor

  1. Pay $5.00 for your card here: https://commerce.cashnet.com/chicowccardfund. Print a hard copy of your receipt.
  2. After you have paid, click on this link https://support.csuchico.edu/TDClient/1984/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=44957. Then click on "Request Service" to create a ticket.
  3. Bring your receipt and a valid government-issued ID to the Wildcat Card Office in Meriam Library, Room 142. You will exchange your receipt for the card.
  4. We will take a photo and print your card in our office. This process takes 5-10 minutes.
    • Alternatively, you can email a photo to id-cards@csuchico.edu following the Photo Criteria below.

Once your ID card has been printed, you may need to contact Facilities Management and Services to activate it so you can use it for door access.
