Connecting to a Printer

Connecting to MFP and non-MFP printers requires nearly the same process. For MFPs, you will first have to install the Canon Copier Drivers. For non-MFPs, you can move directly to Add your Printer.

Install the Canon Copier Drivers

Only follow the steps below for MFP Printing. For non-MFPs, you can move directly to Add your Printer.

  1. Open Self Service on your Mac by clicking the magnifying glass in the top right corner and searching for Self Service
  2. With Self Service open (you may be prompted to sign in), either click Printers in the left sidebar or search for "Canon"
  3. Click Install on the "Canon Copier Drivers" option
