Configure an Android Device
Due to Android device configurations, it is recommended that you use the Outlook app for your Chico State email. Most native Android mail apps are not compatible with Microsoft Office 365 email.
Installing Outlook on Android
Re-adding the account via Outlook App:
- Install the Outlook App through your device's native app store, if you have not done so already.
- Once installed, open the Outlook app and tap "Get Started"
- Select "Add Account" and enter your Chico State email address (username@csuchico.edu)
- Enter your Chico State password and hit "Sign in"
- Make sure that you get a Duo prompt after this screen. If you don't get a Duo prompt, you have not authenticated properly and may need to try again.
