  • Ensuring service catalog data is consistent with the service portfolio
  • Ensuring information in the service catalog is adequately protected and backed up

Additional Responsibilities at Chico State

At Chico State, the SCPM should have a strong background in ITIL service catalog management and a commitment to maintaining a high-quality, up-to-date, and functional catalog. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that service managers are aware of and follow service catalog management policies
