Forward Calls Using a Desk Phone
You can enable or disable call forwarding directly from your desk phone using feature codes.
Turn On Call Forwarding
- Pick up the handset for the line you want to forward.
- Dial *72.
- Wait for a dial tone.
- Enter the 4-digit extension where calls should be forwarded.
- Listen for three confirmation beeps.
Turn Off Call Forwarding
- From the same extension, dial #72.
- Call forwarding will be disabled and calls will return to your phone.
Forward Calls Using the Avaya Workplace App
You can also manage call forwarding through the Avaya Workplace application.
Turn On Call Forwarding
- Select your profile icon or initials in the top-left corner.
- Under Incoming Call Features, select Call Forward.
- Enter the 4-digit extension where calls should be forwarded.
Turn Off Call Forwarding
- Select your profile icon or initials in the top-left corner.
- Under Incoming Call Features, select Call Forward.
- Turn off call forwarding.
