Prerequisites

Before sharing poll results during meetings, ensure you have:

Step-by-Step Instructions

To share poll results with participants during your meeting, do the following:

  1. After launching your poll and allowing time for participants to respond, select End Poll to stop collecting new responses
  2. The poll results will automatically display in your poll interface, showing response counts and percentages
  3. To make these results visible to all meeting participants, select Share Results
  4. Results will immediately appear on all participants' screens, displaying:
    • Each answer option
    • Number of responses for each option
    • Percentage breakdown of responses
    • Visual charts or graphs (depending on question type)

The poll results are now visible to all meeting participants, allowing for group discussion and analysis.

Troubleshooting

If participants report they cannot see the shared results, verify that you selected Share Results after ending the poll, not just after launching it.

If results appear incomplete, ensure you gave participants adequate time to respond before ending the poll.

Some participants may need to refresh their Zoom window if results don't display properly on their screen.

Next Steps

After sharing poll results during your meeting, you can:

  • Facilitate discussion based on the results
  • Download detailed poll reports after the meeting for further analysis
  • Launch additional polls to explore topics further
