Place a Call on Hold
Click Hold at the top of the call window.

Here you can see how long the caller has been on hold for and click Resume to take the caller off hold.

Transfer a Call
To transfer a call, click Transfer at the top of the call window.

Type in the name or number of the person you want to transfer the call to. You can select an option from the drop-down menu of where you want the call to go:
- Transfer to an audio call
- Transfer to their work voicemail
- Transfer to their work number
You can also check the box Ring back if there's no answer if you want the call to come back to you if the recipient doesn't answer. You can check Include a call topic for the recipient if you want to send them a notice of what the call is in regards to. When you've selected the options you want, click Transfer.

Consult then Transfer
You can select Consult then transfer if you would like to talk to the person you are transferring the call to, before the call gets transferred.
