Place a Call On Hold
During a call, you may need to place a call on hold. To do so:
- In the Call window, click the Hold button (pause icon).

- The screen should indicate the caller is on hold and display the time on hold.
- Click the Resume button (play icon) to resume the call.

Transfer a Call
During a call, you may need to transfer a call to another person.
- In the Call window, click the Transfer button (phone icon).
- You can choose either Transfer or Consult then Transfer.
- Type in the name or number of the person you want to transfer the call to.
- Choose what you want to do with the call:
- Transfer to an audio call
- Transfer to their work voicemail
- Transfer to their work number
- You can check Ring back if there's no answer if you want the call to come back to you if the recipient doesn't answer.
- You can check Include a call topic for the recipient if you want to send a notice of what the call is about.
- When you've selected the options you want, click Transfer.
