Verify Uniflow Configuration
Summary
This article will show you how to verify that Uniflow is configured correctly on campus-owned Mac and PC computers
Body
Verify Configuration on a PC
Click on "Show Hidden Icons" (^ button) in the system tray
Hover over the green Uniflow Icon and it will tell you what servers it’s configured to report to.
Verify that it is set to mfp-printers:8000. (It's ok if it mentions ocprinter:8000, but it HAS to have mfp-printers:8000) If it isn’t, reinstall the Uniflow client by following

Verify Configuration on a Mac
Open System Preferences (or System Settings, depending on the MacOS version).
Open "MacClientConfig". If Uniflow isn't installed, this won't be here. You'll need to install it with this
documentation
.
Verify that the client is configured with "mfp-printers:8000" in the Uniflow Server field. It's ok if it also has "ocprinter:8000", but it HAS to have "mfp-printers:8000".
If it doesn't have "MFP-printers:8000" add it in.
