Departments
The Departments folder is only for "official" department folders.
Ad Hoc
The Ad Hoc folder for all other departmental data folders that aren't level 1 data. These folders should be controlled by some group membership to ease management. Users are invited as editors by default, and so can take ownership of data at any time.
Level 1 Data
Level 1 data folder is strictly for level 1 data. Access is managed by groups. (Group admin for Level 1 groups is Box Admin only). Users cannot share data in these folders.
Level 1 Data - Externally Shared
Level 1 data - externally shared folder is strictly for level 1 data shared with external emails. Access is managed by groups for CSU Chico Users, same as above. External emails must to collaborated individually (as external emails cannot be added to a Box group). Users cannot share data in these folders.
Level 2 Data
Level 2 data folder is for folders with Level 2 data. Access is managed by groups; groups can be managed by an individual. Users cannot share data in these folders.
Level 2 Data - Externally shared
Level 2 data externally shared folder is level 2 data shared with external email addresses. Access is managed by groups for CSU Chico users, and indiviaul collaborations for the external email addresses.
