Add or remove organization participant

Faculty can use the Users tool in the control panel inside courses in BB Learn to manage enrollments in the organizations they are assigned to in Blackboard Learn as organization leaders. Please be aware that if you add someone else as Organization Leader they will have the ability to add or remove anyone from the organization including yourself. To access the Users tool: 

  1. Login to Blackboard Learn and enter the organization 
  2. Click on 'Users and Groups' in the Control Panel 
  3. Click on 'Users' 
  4. This will display the list of all the people enrolled in the organization 
  5. Click on 'Find Users to Enroll' 
  6. Enter in the username and select the role you want to add them as(You can use browse to search by name if you are unsure of the username)
