Request a New Site

Do you need a new university website? Web Services can help!

We offer mobile-friendly campus sites in a framework that meets standards for accessibility, security, and campus branding and UX. These sites are built in the Cascade Web Content Management System, allowing maintainers to do their own content updates.

A new site is a free service for departments doing university business. If you are looking for help setting up a personal site or learning laboratory for students, check out our self-service option: YourWeb.

We will help with set-up, navigation menu, and a home page banner. Importing page content has an associated cost if you choose not to do this yourself.

For ongoing maintenance, your department site maintainers must take Cascade Server training to access and edit your website. It is your responsibility to create and manage content in your website unless you contract with Web Services for updates.

Service Details:

  • You provide all the content needed to build the site framework (main content areas will be empty).
  • 5-hour service cap, if more time is needed, a charge is associated.

Please reach out to Web Services if you want help working through these answers with a UX specialist.
