Reviewing the status of your service requests

Summary

Information on viewing and managing your service requests in TeamDynamix.

Body

Once you have submitted a service request, you can use TeamDynamix to follow up on the status of your request, add additional information, or even withdraw your request. You will need to be logged in to TeamDynamix in order to see your requests.

Getting to the Service Catalog

The service catalog can be found by clicking on the "Services" link above.

Viewing your Requests

To view your requests, click the "Ticket Requests" link under "Services". If this link does not appear, make sure you are logged into TeamDynamix and in the service catalog.

By default, TeamDynamix lists all of the active tickets you have requested. The tickets are in the order of the most recently modified. Completed tickets do not appear unless you modify the search settings

You can search your tickets by text in the ticket, as well as other criteria.

Finding Closed/Completed tickets

If you would like to view your completed tickets (for example, if you wish to see a request that was recently closed), click on the "Status Class" field, select the criteria you wish to view, and then click on "Search".

Viewing Request Details

To view the details of your request, simply click on the title of the request you want in the list. TeamDynamix will display all the information pertinent to your request, including, comments, changes in request status, etc.

 

Ticket layout and information

If you wish to withdraw your request (because, for example, you accidentally created two tickets), you can click the "Withdraw Request" button.

To add an attachment, click the "Add Attachment" button.

To add more information to the request, or to reply to messages in the feed, click the "Comment" button near the request feed.

If you would like to be alerted when your request is completed, click on the "Alert(s)" button, and select "Ticket is Completed".
