Category Field not displayed to Client Portal users; used by TDNext users to organize and locate Ticket Types
Name The name of the Ticket Type
Description The description of the Ticket Type
Primary Reviewer If assigned, all tickets of this type will automatically be sent to this resource for review by default
Default Responsibility If assigned, all tickets of this type will default to this responsible resource when created
Default Task Template Specifies a set of tasks automatically added for each ticket of this type
