Adding Microsoft Office 365 Email Account on Mac
Start by opening Outlook. If it's a first-time setup, it should immediately prompt you for your email address. You will enter Username@csuchico.edu. You will then enter your Chico password, and be asked to approve the login with Duo.
If you are adding an additional account, go to Outlook in the top left, select Preferences, and then select Accounts.
On the Accounts screen, click the + sign in the bottom left corner. This will open a new setup screen, and you can follow the instructions above.
Adding Microsoft Office 365 Email Account on PC
Start by opening the Outlook application on a PC.
In the top left corner, click File, then Add Account.
Enter your email address on the screen that appears and click connect
You'll then enter your Chico password and approve the Duo sign-in prompt. Outlook will begin configuring your account; this may take a few minutes. You may need to close and reopen Outlook to view your emails, calendars, and notes.
