3. In the text field, type the following path, replacing <username> with your Mac account username:
   /Users/<username>/Library/Preferences/Kaltura/Capture/Settings
4. Delete all files inside the Settings folder.
5. Reinstall Kaltura Capture from your institution’s Kaltura download page.
