Network for Change and Continuous Innovation (NCCI)

The NCCI membership is available to all CSU employees and is a good resource for continuous improvement and change management. They provide free virtual trainings throughout the year and an annual conference in the Fall.

The Network for Change and Continuous Innovation is an organization NCCI positions higher education institutions to be agile, lifelong learning models to transform lives and communities around the world.

1. Go to ncci-cu.org
2. Click on “Log in” in the upper right-hand corner of the page
3. Click “New Member? Click here” to set up an account
4. It will then prompt you to enter your email. 
   1. Your email will be verification that you are affiliated with Institution/Company Name, so ensure you use @csuchico.edu
   2. If it says the email is already in the system, you already have an account. If you need help accessing it, you can contact info@ncci-cu.org.
   3. If it says the email is not in the system, you can create a profile.
5. There will be a place to enter the Institution/Company Name. This is where you use the magnifying glass tool and search for your institution to get linked to the membership and benefits (California State University Chico)
