Description of the call features during an active call in Avaya Workplace 

Descriptions:

1. Ends the current call.

2. Switches the call from a voice call to a video call (if you have a webcam enabled).

3. Opens the keypad for use during the call.

4. Puts the call on hold.

5. Opens the call menu for additional features such as Transfer Call, Add Someone to Call, etc., and to see the Call Statistics. 

6. Mutes your Microphone.
