Avaya IX Workplace is a Software Phone (Softphone) that allows users to enjoy the functionality of a desk phone from their computer or mobile device. Use these instructions to sign out and reset the application.
Instructions
1. Select this profile Icon to begin the process.
2. Click on "Sign Out".
3. Click on the Settings/Gear Icon.
4. Click on "Support" in the left sidebar.
5. Click on the "Reset Application" link at the bottom of the window.
6. A window will pop up asking if you want to clear the configuration. Select "Clear".
7. You should see the main Avaya Workplace landing page. Select "Configure my account".
8. Enter your campus email address and then click "Next".
9. You should now be signed back into your Avaya Workplace application.
