Verifying Training Completion

When a training is completed in CSU Learn, it will immediately appear in your training transcript, and a completion certificate will be sent to your email.

If you cannot locate the certificate in your email, you can also locate it on the training page.

  1. Navigate to the CSULearn activity you completed.
  2. Click Attempt History and locate the attempt.
  3. At the end of the attempt line, click the certificate icon

  4. A pop-up will appear with your Certificate of Completion. From here, you can print or export the certificate.

If you do not receive a certificate and the activity does not appear in your transcript, then the training was not fully completed. Return to the training and ensure that all steps and modules have been completed. If you receive a notification that a training is still required, this also indicates an incomplete activity. Notifications are only sent when requirements are not yet fulfilled.
