Retaking or Re-Certifying Training

When an activity in CSU Learn requires re-certification, the most recent attempt will appear on the activity details page. The training status will show Attended, along with the previous score.

  1. Click REGISTER Again on the activity.

  2. Launch the course.
  3. Click the RETAKE button to complete the certification again.

This will record a new completion in your transcript. Restarting a course will not remove or overwrite any previous completion history.

If your certification is nearing expiration, additional on-screen language may appear reminding you to retake the activity. You can also confirm your past completion dates by clicking Attempt History.
