There are multiple ways to view grades in Bb Learn.

View My Grades

My Grades are shown: the assignment, feedback and rubric are displayed within.

Viewing Instructor's Feedback on Assignments 

From My Grades open the assignment by clicking the link,

Check to see if the instructor left any online comments 

Paper chosen is displayed with the grade and comment section to the right of it.
