Temporary COVID-19 Services

If you are in need of a loaner computer, requests can be submitted to the campus Service Catalog. The Service Catalog is located at https://support.csuchico.edu.  The request form for loaner equipment can be found here: https://support.csuchico.edu/TDClient/1984/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=12194.  Student loaner laptop requests will be fulfilled while supplies last. 

Please note that loaner equipment is in limited supply.  Due to staffing issues during the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be a delay while your request is processed. Please be patient.

If you are interested in the unified messaging (voice mail delivered to your campus email), creating a call center, or remote voice over IP services, requests can be submitted to the campus Service Catalog here: https://support.csuchico.edu/TDClient/1984/Portal/Requests/ServiceCatalog?CategoryID=2606 There is no additional charge for the voice services.
