Most enrollments in Blackboard are populated automatically from PeopleSoft based on standardized institutional processes.
From time to time, instructors request additional enrollment exceptions that can be addressed on a case-by-case basis. The LMS Admin team will partner with the Office of the Registrar to maintain a list of use cases, along with criteria where each may be accepted, rejected, or escalated for review. Over time, the written guidance will become more comprehensive.
