Please read the following if you would like to request a student to get added in the LMS(Blackboard) to a term they have not registered for in order to finish an incomplete.
Students retain access to their officially registered LMS sections(Blackboard) even after the semester is completed.Please review the 'I' Incomplete section of EM 10-18. In the EM it states “An Incomplete shall not be assigned when it is necessary for the student to attend a major portion of the class when it is next offered.”
To request access please open a TeamDynamix ticket. The easiest way to open a ticket would be by clicking the support button in Blackboard Learn and choosing the Email button.
Please fill in the form in the following format and then click the Send Email button:
Subject: Fall 2020(EXAMPLE) request to add student incomplete enrollment to future term
Message: I would like to request that the following student get enrolled in these sections/s:
John Doe(jdoe,000012345)
208-BADM101-01-1234
FALL 2020
After the ticket is opened it will get assigned to Registrars office for review and feedback will be provided.
