We provide free development and support for creating online event registration forms. Data from users can be harvested from the system in regular emailed reports, or at any time by logging in. Guests, meal choices, multiple events on one form, and more features are supported in our system.
Please review the following before submitting a ticket:
- 4% of any non-donation moneys collected through this form will be charged back.
- This is a processing fee that we receive from processing credit cards.
- Any money collect must be deposited into a Foundation account. State accounts are not permitted.
- If you think this event will collect more than $5,000, please contact the Scholarship and Donor Relations Coordinator before submitting this form.
